Kim Kubsch is a Certified Practitioner of the American Tai Chi-Qigong Association.
She is certified to Chair Chi and PWR! Moves for Parkinson’s. As a Balance Coach, Fall Prevention Specialist, and Certified Holistic Nutrition Educator, Kim is passionate about “active aging for all ages and abilities.” Her DVD titles over the past nine years of teaching include Hello Tai Chi, Goodbye Stress, Forever Young Tai Chi, Chi Dance and Make Your Balance Great Again.

Safe Movements by Kim Kubsch and 12 participants ages 60-99, demonstrate this Daily Balance Program for better mobility and stability in and around the house. This DVD features balance training & rehabilitation exercises that mimic activities of daily living, whether sitting, standing, on a bike, golf cart or using a walker or a wheelchair. The seniors have had hip, shoulder and knee surgeries, arthritis, carpel tunnel, fibromyalgia, glaucoma, sciatica, hearing challenges and a prosthesis at age 91.
